Razzle Dazzle ships parcels on a 1st & 2nd class Royal Mail postal service with either Proof of Postage or a Tracking number. Some of these parcels will need to be signed for. If you think there will be no one in to accept the parcel, consider having it delivered to a work address or friend’s house. UK mainland is understood to include Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, using the British postcode system. If our event team is out on the road, there may be a delay in posting your order as your chosen item may be at the show. Please check our ON TOUR dates for more information.

If you would prefer not to have your items delivered on a recorded service, please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ section at the bottom of the checkout page. However we cannot guarantee delivery on parcels that are not sent on a tracked service and we will not accept responsibility for their safe delivery. 

FREE SHIPPING – Processed within 2-3 working days and shipped for delivery to arrive within 7 working days of the order being received on a second class service – FREE

STANDARD SHIPPING – Processed within 1 – 2 working days and shipped for delivery to arrive within 3 working days of the order being received on a first class service.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING. If you would like your goods faster, then this is the service for you! Processed within 1 working day and shipped for delivery within 2 days on an overnight tracked and signed for service. Expeditied shipping may not be possible when Razzle Dazzle is on tour

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International buyers / destinations have a choice:

International Standard Service, which is not tracked and uses the destination countries standard mail delivery service.

International Tracked Service which is tracked and requires a signature on delivery using the destination countries express delivery service.

GIFT WRAPPING. If you would like us to send your purchase as a gift and include a message, please add ‘Gift Wrapping’ to your order on the Product Description Page and we’ll include it in the package.
